10 Easy Steps To Get RIPPED FOR SUMMER!
Well it is May which means right around the corner is SUMMER! For me summer is only 3 months (June, July, August) as where I live (Newfoundland Canada) The weather basically sucks! Great place, but the weather is lacking!
So we only get 3 months to enjoy the sun! And if you are like me I am sure you want to make the most of that short period of time!
Maybe you have been trainig to get lean already, or maybe you have put it off until last minute (Which is NOW!).
So with 1 month till June what can you do to make some serious changes?
1. Clean up the Nutrition. RIGHT NOW! No more junk, no more crap, no more useless empty calories. Put this on your fridge “You CAN’T out train a bad diet!”
2. Exercises 6 days a week. This isn’t bulking season! Get off you’re ass and train!

6. Burn More Calories! IE DO MORE! Go walk, go run, go bike, go swim, do anything! Don’t get caught up in “What’s the best Cardio?”. If your doing NO cardio ANY Cardio is The best!
7. Feed your body GOOD FOOD!!! I hate Nutrition, it bores me, but do you see a theme here, Nutrition is everything!
8. Pick up www.TheMuscleCookBook.com so that food doesn’t have to be so boring!! I got a copy of this, went to staples, got it printed and bound and Danielle & I use it almost every day! Its an investment!
9. Get some fat loss supplements IF you need the help! I won’t pimp Heavyweights on here to sell stuff. But I want you to make the RIGHT CHOICES. Fat burners I like are Lipo 6, Lipo 6 Black, Oxy Elite, HyperDrive, F-10, Sub Q. Do you research before you buy! Also Get some fish oil and take LOTS OF IT. I can’t stress this enough.
10. SET GOALS! This is most important (just ahead of boring Nutrition lol).
Set goals ON PAPER!
Let me go over how I set goals as I think its really lacking with most people’s training. If you don’t have a goal or a target you have noting.
Would you go to school to not get a degree or diploma? 
Would you go to work and not get paid?
NO, then Why workout without a goal?
Break it down. 1 Month say 4 Weeks.
Week 1 -3 Weight Training Circuit Workouts, 4 Cardio Sessions, 1 cheat meal. Goal lose 2lb fat loss
Week 2 – 4 Weight Training Circuit Workouts. 6 Cardio Sessions 1 Cheat Meal. Goal 2lb fat loss
Week 3 – 5 Weight Training Circuit Workouts. 6 Cardio Sessions 1 Cheat Meal. Goal 2lb fat loss
Week 4 – 5 Weight Training Circuit Workouts. 6 Cardio Sessions 1 Cheat Meal. Goal 2lb fat loss
In one month you would have accomplished
-17 Weight Training Workouts
-22 Cardio Sessions
- 8 (Or more) lbs Fat Loss!!!
