What do YOU want in my Sports Supplement Guide?
I am about 1/3 finished my Sports Supplement Guide.
But before I get too far into it I want to hear from YOU. In this book I want to address what is NEEDED not necessarily what I personally want.
The only way I determine what is needed is by hearing from YOU
So do me a favor, take a few seconds and reply to this post and tell me what you need. Tell me your frustrations, tell me the goods and bads of the Supplement Industry.

For me personally when I started buying Supplements the biggest issue for me was TRUST. I felt like I was being “Sold” and not “Helped” which is why I started my Store Heavyweights. I wanted to HELP!

anoher thing that you could include is muscletech as a company as i have always been sceptical about there products so it would be intresting to find out that as many reviews state they are all hype
or whether infact all the big words on the tub actualy mean somthing
Hi, I am over 40 and I would like to see in your book how much a person my age can take as supplements (including glutamine, creatine, multivitamines and c vitamines) on training days and off days. Thanks.
Another thing that I forgot to ask you…………..how about herbal growth hormone? Are they good or a gimmick? Are Meal replacement powders beneficial, and if yes, at what time is the best to take them?
