Ryan there is no optimal time for dual workouts.  Just keep the 2 workouts short.  No need for anything over 30-45 min really.  

Be sure to eat lots of food, pay attention to recovery, as for optimal time dont worry about it.  Just make the best of it.

If it was 2 weight training sessions a day it would be a different story, but 1 cardio/1 weights. No worry about it.</description>
