OK so the blog thing hit a wall a few weeks ago when I tried to update from a .com to ,org….anyways..

So this will be short but it will get me back on track.

Tomorrow there is the foley brothers tournament. I am hoping to compete in the Gi, No Gi and debating the point fighting for fun.

I will update tomorrow with some pics, videos and an update of the last week training.
